海南电力交易中心日前完成了对香港、澳门交易“绿证”1900张，实现海南向港澳跨境交易绿电零的突破。据介绍，绿电是指在生产过程中二氧化碳排放量为零或趋近于零的电能量，比如风电、光伏电、地热能电等。“绿证”是这种可再生能源的电子“身份证”，是认定绿色电力生产、消费的唯一凭证，1张绿证对应1000度可再生能源电量。
