1、首先右键单击开始按钮，选择命令提示符（管理员），如下图所示
2、在命令提示符输入netsh winsock reset回车，如下图所示
3、接下来输入netsh interface ip set dns 本地连接 static 223.5.5.5然后回车，如下图所示
4、接下来进入C:WindowsSystem32driversetc文件夹，找到hosts文件，如下图所示
5、右键单击hosts，选择打开方式，用记事本打开，如下图所示
6、在hosts文件夹后方输入

然后选择文件--保存，重新启动steam注册就可以正常注册了，如下图所示
