When youre waiting for an operation, you feel like theres a cloud hanging over you.

05My heart is broken.
心都碎了就是one’s heart is broken。形容词就是heartbroken，表示极为伤心的，心碎的。

If she ever left him he would be heartbroken.

06Im out of heart.
这个短语既可以形容人心灰意冷，气馁，也可以形容土地贫瘠或不肥沃。
例句：
It puts him quite out of heart.

07Im in bad/dark mood.
如果说又生气了，还可以用到mood的相关短语：
be in one of your moods，表示又心情不好;又生气。
例句：

08I have a thin time.
have a thin time (of it)不仅仅是心情不好了，已经严重到日子都不好过了。
例句：
Hes been having a thin time (of it) since his accident.
自从发生事故以来他就一直过得不好。
