2015年英国《金融时报》全球高管工商管理硕士课程(Global Executive MBA，简称全球EMBA)排行榜由于两个原因而引人注目。不仅因为这是英国《金融时报》发布的第100个商学院排行榜，也是因为今年首次有一个主办方包含一所中国内地商学院的项目拔得头筹。清华大学(Tsinghua)与欧洲工商管理学院(Insead University)合办的Tiemba项目排名上升两位，在2015年全球EMBA排行榜中摘得桂冠，而Trium项目的排名回落至第三，仅在头名位置维持一年时间。英国《金融时报》EMBA排行榜为有工作经验的高级管理人员排列出全球范围内最好的100个EMBA项目。此排行榜基于对各商学院及其2012年毕业的学员的调查得出。这些数据衡量了校友们自毕业以来在职业方面取得的成就，包括薪资、级别及个人成绩方面。
连续4年以来，排行榜前5名的位置都被相同的五个跨洲EMBA项目所占据。Tiemba项目今年能够荣登榜首，不是因为它比竞争对手表现得异常优秀，而是得益于在大多数指标上的强劲表现。尤其是，该项目学员的平均薪资（32.4万美元）排名第二，仅次于凯洛格-香港科大(Kellogg-HKUST)EMBA项目的学员（40.8万美元）。Tiemba项目在职业晋升方面也位居第二，在工作经验方面排名第四。
来自5个不同国家的5所商学院今年首次进入排行榜。新加坡李光前商学院(Lee Kong Chian School of Business)是新进入者中排名最高的，直接跃居第36位。加拿大女王大学史密斯商学院(Queen’s Smith School of Business)的排名提高最大，跃升32位至第67名。
英国《金融时报》还统计了EMBA学生毕业三年后的平均薪资及入学前后的薪资涨幅。统计显示，毕业三年后平均薪资排在全球前三位的商学院分别是凯洛格商学院和香港科技大学商学院的EMBA项目、清华经管学院与INSEAD的双学位EMBA、中欧国际工商学院。总的来说，在选择就读EMBA的原因中，创业排在最末（10分中得5.5分）。学员的主要动机是学习管理（9.1分）、拓宽人脉（8.3分）及增加收入（8.1分）。虽然有17%的毕业生将创业列为同等最重要的原因，但他们中只有2%的人将此视为自己唯一主要的目标。然而，学员身上的创业精神明显在增强，超过四分之一的毕业生（26%）称在就读EMBA期间或毕业后创办了自己的公司。
对于就读EMBA的创业者而言，学校和校友关系网的支持同样很重要。约四分之三的创业者认为，学校和校友网络在自己创办公司时都有帮助或非常有帮助。“校友的支持对创业构想的审查以及为公司找到合适的人脉非常关键”，一位学员说。
在进行融资时，约40%的创业者并未寻求任何外部帮助。他们中的半数完全依靠自己的积蓄及（或者）家人和朋友的资助，相比之下，只有40%的创业者向学校或校友网络寻求帮助。约40%的创业者的大部分收入都来自自己的公司，平均薪资约为19.4万美元，而非创业者的平均薪酬为17.1万美元。亚洲和大洋洲的创业者看起来是最成功的。他们中近一半人（48%）的大部分收入都来自自己的公司，而且薪资最高（平均为25.1万美元），稍高于中东的创业者（24.4万美元）。
排名第一的项目：清华-欧洲工商管理学院EMBA
《金融时报》年度商学院教育项目排名是目前世界公认的评选流程最规范、信誉度最高的排名。该评选独立考察项目毕业生薪酬、教师研究成果、国际化程度、女性师生比例等16项指标，并综合得出排名。清华-欧洲工商管理学院的EMBA项目始于2007年，并于2012年进入英国《金融时报》排行榜，首次入围就直接冲至第四名。此后两年，该项目先后排名第二和第三，并最终在今年拔得头筹。这都表明了该项目持续稳定的全球领先地位。
Tiemba项目在国际化体验方面得分很高，它的一半课程在北京的清华大学校园内完成，另一半在欧洲工商管理学院位于新加坡、法国和阿拉伯联合酋长国(UAE)的三个校区进行。
该项目在毕业3年后的职业晋升方面排名第二。Tiemba项目的毕业生数量迄今只有约250人，使他们成为一个精英团体。
清华经管学院EMBA国际项目致力于培养既通晓中国经济和企业管理，又熟知国际市场运作和国际商业规范的商业领袖。该项目采用全英文授课，教学内容以领导力培养和体验式教学贯穿始终。清华经管学院和INSEAD两院派出优秀师资授课，授课地点全球分布，包括北京和INSEAD的新加坡校区、法国枫丹白露校区及阿联酋阿布扎比校区。该项目连续四年在《金融时报》排名中的国际领先成绩并在今年获得全球第一表明清华经管学院EMBA国际项目达到世界领先水平。
