什么是年金现值系数

  年金是指每隔相等时间间隔收到或支付相同金额的款项,如每年年末收到养老金10000元,即为年金。年金现值是指按照利率把发生期收到的年金利息折成价值之和。

  一定期间内每期期末等额的系列收付款项的现值之和,叫后付年金现值。后付年金现值的符号为PVAn,后付年金现值的计算公式为: PVA_n=A\frac{1}{(1+i)^1}+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^2}+\cdots+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^{n-1}}+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^n}

PVA_n=A\sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^t}

  式中,\sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^t}叫年金现值系数,或年金贴现系数。年金现值系数可简写为PVIFAi,nADFi,n

年金现值系数的推导

  计算普通年金现值的一般公式为:

P=A\frac{1}{(1+i)^1}+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^2}+\cdots+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^{n-1}}+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^n},(1)

  等式两边同乘(1+i)

P\times {(1+i)}=A\frac{1}{(1+i)^0}+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^1}+\cdots+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^{n-2}}+A\frac{1}{(1+i)^{n-1}},(2)

  (2)式减(1)式

  P\times (1+i)-P=A-A\frac{1}{(1+i)^n}

∴年金现值系数公式P/A=(P/A,i,n)=\sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^t}=\frac{1}{i} -\frac{1}{i(1+i)^n}

(1+i)\sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^t}=\sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^{t-1}}=1+\sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^t}-\frac{1}{(1+i)^n}

i\sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^t}=1-\frac{1}{(1+i)^n}

P/A=(P/A,i,n)=\sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^t}=\frac{1}{i} -\frac{1}{i(1+i)^n}

年金现值系数的值

  有关年金现值系数值,可通过年金现值系数表查得。

  例如,现在存入一笔钱,准备在以后5年中每年末得到100元,如果利息率为10%,现在应存入多少钱?在本例中,通过“年金现值系数”查表可得,

  年金现值系数公式

  P/A=(P/A,0.1,5)=3.790=\frac{1}{0.1} -\frac{1}{0.1\times(1+0.1)^5}

  PVIFA10%,5 = 3.790,则:

  \sum_{t=1}^n\frac{1}{(1+i)^t}  

  PVA_5=A\cdot PVIFA_{10%,5}

  =100\times 3.790

  =379
